6 simple steps to commence building

Building a home couldn’t be easier. Even if you’re located in a different city, state or country you can look forward to seeing your new property come to life in less than 6 months (from the time you sign the building contract).

Select your floorplan

Select your favourite floorplan from the APN range. There are many single double storey designs. Our friendly sales consultants will help you choose the most suitable design for your needs, budget and lifestyle.

Select from turnkey or non turnkey home’

Personalise your new home or investment property with our selection of stylish facades and colour schemes.  Choose from expertly curated internal/external colour schemes.

Get your finance approved

Meet with an Accredited Finance Specialist (in-person or over the phone) to organise finance for your new home.  If you already have your finance arranged, simply provide the details to us.  We’ll let you know exactly what we need from your bank or broker, and keep you informed throughtout the process.

step 4

Sign your contracts

With your finance pre approval we can organise relevant contracts.  We’ll organize your land contract signing and fixed building contract to secure your build and proceed to the pre-site stage.

step 5

Complete your paperwork

Now your selections are made and all your associated contracts are signed, it’s time to complete your pre-site paperwork.  We will guide you through every step of the pre-site process.

step 6

Sit back and relax as construction begins

Now it’s time to get excited.  Once construction commences on your site, your new home will be underway.  If you’re planning to rent your property, you can start looking for a suitable tenant.  If you’ll be residing in your new home, begin planning your big move.
