At APN we pride ourselves on our level of customer service. When we establish a commercial relationship it is a journey together from the time we meet until handover of your product and even beyond.

We understand that everybody has different goals and objectives and different levels of knowledge about what they want and what to do. We have no expectations and respectfully cater for all people and have all of the relevant experts on stand by to assist where needed.

On your behalf we quality inspect the product during the construction process.

building stages

The following stages are those generally followed by our building partners.

stage 1 - base

(Commencement of site works – excavation, set out, underground connections, pouring of concrete slab)

stage 2 - frame

(Walls constructed, roof trusses)

stage 3 - lockup

(Facia, gutters, roofing, windows installed, external cladding, external doors)

stage 4 - fix

(Electrical, heating and plumbing rough in, plaster hung, patched and sanded, joinery in kitchen and wet areas)

stage 5 - completion

(Painting, tiling, final fit off electrical, plumbing, carpets, floor boards, Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) )

on your behalf we quality inspect the product during the construction process.

During construction we will communicate with you and provide feedback on progress and status. Our goal is to ensure that during construction you feel confident you have a handle on a realistic completion date.
