All of our homes come with fixed price contracts. This means if any unexpected costs were to arise during construction, you won't need to pay any extra. The builder or developer will cover these costs. This will give you peace of mind during construction of your new home.

turn-key packaged homes

You have the option to select a full turn-key home. That means the purchase price of your new home will include everything you need to move in and start living. This includes landscaping, window coverings, drive way, letterbox, clothes line, fencing and much more!
